Agreement: By filling out this form and applying to Oklacon staff I am agreeing to the following terms: I will meet all my responsibilities throughout the entire convention and be courteous and kind to all attendees and display professionalism and hospitality at all times. I will conduct myself in accordance with the regulations set fourth in the convention guidelines, participate in convention activities as may be required, carry out assignments given to me, and wear the official Oklacon attire and/or identification. I realize that any departure from convention rules will constitute grounds for my immediate dismissal from the staff.
